Your satisfaction means everything to us! 😊 The following terms are apply for any products that you purchase.

Return & Refund Policy:

Since all of our items are custom made or made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect that occurred during the production process.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered after shipment or if the item is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same product. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items—only a replacement of the original item ordered.

Photo proof of damage and defects must be supplied by the customer via email when initiating the replacement request. Please provide this proof within 14 days of delivery date. Once this time has expired, we can no longer offer you a replacement.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will make every effort to resolve any issues caused by shipping damage or defects.

After 14 days the order will be considered as accepted and will no longer be eligible for replacement and no replacement will be made.

• Video/photo of the defective product
• Description of the defect
• Full delivery address
